The reason we selected this kennels was that Paula asked that I come to visit the kennels to see it for myself. I was very happy with the staff and location that I have no hesitation leaving my little dog Ruby there. (JRX)

I live in Thornton Heath and have known Paulways for several years. I have three dogs (a labrador and two dachshunds) and have no problem leaving my babies in their care. They are knowledgeable, friendly and most important of all they love dogs. There is no way on earth I would ever leave my dogs with another kennel, only them. Thoroughly recommended!!!

Bowie has been with Paula and her crew for three years now, starting as a puppy. Ever since his first stay he wags his tail happily at drop off. I feel absolutely relaxed and happy to leave him in the care of this wonderful crew. I have been to the premises a few times, now even better since it has been completely revamped. Very convenient for me is the more local drop off and pick up in Croydon, saving me the long trips to Kent. Bowie’s next ‘holiday’ is only a few days away and I’m sure he will have lots of play time within the large grounds together with his friends!

The service I received was second to none, excellent from the get go Paula has a good understanding of how owners and pets are feeling at times of separation. Nuts (my Dog) was invited to spend a weekend to see how the settling process would be best dealt with, as she was going to have a long stay. We discussed the possibility of another short visit to ensure she was comfortable, however she was happy and this was not necessary. As I had recently had a bereavement and would be out of the country for a few months, Paula reassured me that Nuts would be fine as she settled immediately. I was shown compassion and understanding and felt comfortable leaving Nuts in her care. I would recommend this service to any pet owner as it takes all the anxiety and worry about your pets away. Everything is discussed fully from dietary needs to personal care, in the future I will no longer be leaving Nuts with friends not even for a long weekend as I prefer to provide professional care for Nuts with compassionate caring staff that we both experienced. Thank you to the whole team.

Hello, My Name is Mylo, I am 3 years old and very vocal.....I really enjoy coming to stay here at Paulways! The people who look after me are fab and always very kind, they keep me fed and watered and let me have long runs in the field with my friends. I collected Frisbee today after 16 days away. As ever, he looked sleek, healthy and cheerful after staying at Paulways. He has been 3 times before and before Frisbee, we used to regularly bring our old dog, Guinness. We usually drop Frisbee off at Thornton Heath as that is really convenient. We visited the kennels in Ashford once and could see he was very happy with the huge field to play in and making some new mates!
