The cattery is set away from the dog residences so that the cats are not at all distressed. We offer individual single 1-cat, double 2-cat and group rooms. All catteries are fully tiled and are centrally heated.
A new addition to our cattery is the Cat Gym, a place where our staff can spend time playing and giving your cat some fun while staying with us. It’s all indoors so ideal for house cats that do not go out.
As with our dog residences we provide comfortable bedding, but you are welcome to bring your own food, toys and bedding.
All cats will be fed on the diet you feed them at home unless it is a prescribed diet. Any medication or routines will be adhered to.
Viewings Welcome
We openly encourage a visit to our Pet Resort so that you can see first hand the comprehensive range of facilities we have available.
Visits are most welcome, but must be booked in advance to ensure that our staff are available to spend sufficient time with you and discuss your pets requirements. For cats that have not been to catteries before we would suggest a trial period to assess the cats suitability for catteries.
You can drop off and collect your pet either from our Pet Resort or from our London shop (where they are transported to the Pet Resort by our staff). We also offer a home collection service for pet owners who do not drive, please contact us for more details.
