Our Pet Resort is set in five acres of land and we have three large and well fenced paddocks for the dogs to exercise in daily. We have smaller runs for nervous dogs, so that they can get to know us before being allowed off the leads to run in the larger fields.
We also have many types of toy and leisure apparatus for the dogs to play on including tunnels, grass mounds, ball pits and in the summer we have paddling pools.
We also have a well equipped Grooming Room for your pet to be groomed during their stay or for a wash and brush up just before they go home.
All our dog residences are fully tiled for ease of cleaning and have the radio on all the time. They are heated in the winter and cool in the summer, with underfloor heating.
Our Dog Kitchen is all stainless steel for top hygiene and cleanliness.
All dogs are fed on the diets you feed them at home and any medication or routines will be adhered to. We do require you to bring your own food if it is a special food, for example from the vets.
Comfortable bedding is provided but you are welcome to bring your own food, toys and bedding.
Viewings Welcome
We openly encourage a visit to our Pet Resort so that you can see first hand the comprehensive range of facilities we have available.
Visits are most welcome, but must be booked in advance to ensure that our staff are available to spend sufficient time with you and discuss your pets requirements. For dogs that have not been to kennels before we would suggest a trial period to assess the dogs suitability for kennelling.
You can drop off and collect your pet either from our Pet Resort or from our London shop (where they are transported to the Pet Resort by our staff). We also offer a home collection service for pet owners who do not drive, please contact us for more details.
