Getting to Know Your Pet
We want to get to know your best friend! To make sure we have all their important details, routines, and little quirks just right, we kindly ask you to fill out our boarding form.
- Please download, print, and complete this form.
- To keep everyone's info fresh, we ask for a new form for each stay.
This helps us give your pet the personalised, loving care they deserve!
Keeping Tummies Happy
A happy pet has a happy tummy! We find that pets are most comfortable sticking to their normal diet. Sudden food changes can be stressful for them.
That's why we ask that you please pack their own food for their entire visit. This is especially important for pets with special dietary needs or sensitive stomachs.
A Little Pampering
Want your pet to come home feeling (and smelling!) fresh and clean? We are happy to offer baths during their stay. Just let us know when you check-in if you'd like to add this service!
Please note: While we love giving a good scrub, we do not offer clipping or full grooming services.
Health & Safety First
To keep all our furry guests safe, healthy, and ready to play, we need to talk about vaccinations.
- We strongly advise the Kennel Cough vaccination for all boarders.
- Important: To be effective, this vaccine must be administered at least 3 weeks before your pet's stay with us.
Your pet's health is our top priority. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please don't hesitate to give us a ring.
